Nizhny Novgorod pharmacy sector commented on difficulties with medicine sales in pharmacies

      The Nizhny Novgorod Regional Pharmacy commented on the information about problems with medicine sales in pharmacies caused by mobile internet disruptions. The company's press service reported this.

      Earlier, the "Association of Independent Pharmacies" claimed that residents of the region were unable to purchase medicines in pharmacies due to the absence of mobile internet. Without connection, it is impossible to verify the labeling on the medicines.

      However, the Nizhny Novgorod Federal Pharmacy (NOF) refuted this information, noting that the infrastructure uses stable and high-speed communication channels. These channels support the operation of medication accounting software in the region and protect the information exchanged between hospitals, pharmacies, and the regional Ministry of Health.

      NOF emphasized that the mobile internet outages faced by residents of Nizhny Novgorod did not affect the supply of necessary medicines to the population.
