Most incidents are related to violations of intersection passing rules and inattentiveness of drivers.       In Dzerzhinsk on Pirogov Street in the morning, a Toyota driver turning left failed to yield and collided with a Mercedes—the driver and passengers of the Toyota were injured. In Vorsma on Lenin Street, a Volkswagen driver did not maintain proper distance, leading to a chain of collisions with a Kia, another Volkswagen, and a Haval.

      In Nizhny Novgorod on Alekseevskaya, a Nissan driver did not yield to a Honda motorcycle when turning left. Late in the evening, on Bazheneva Street, a Geely driver also failed to yield and collided with an Aprilia motorcycle, injuring the driver and passenger of the motorcycle.

      In the Sharanga settlement at night, an Irbis driver under the influence of alcohol lost control of his motorcycle and overturned, sustaining injuries. On the Ryazhsk-Kasimov-Murad-Nizhny Novgorod highway, a Land Rover driver did not yield during a left turn and collided with a Lada Granta—its passenger was injured.

      In Nizhny Novgorod on Pamirskaia Street, a LIAZ bus driver caused a passenger to fall during a turn. In Sharanga on Pervomaiskaia, a motorcycle rider on a Honda hit a pedestrian crossing the road improperly, resulting in injuries.

      On Vetluzhskaia Street in Vetluga, a Hyundai driver exiting a secondary road did not yield to a Honda moped—its driver was injured. In Uren on Kommunisticheskaia Street, a driver failed to yield when exiting and collided with a VAZ 21102—the VAZ driver was injured. On the Nizhny Novgorod-Shakhunya-Kirov highway, a Lada Kalina driver lost control and the car overturned—its passenger was injured.
