On July 11, 2025, a solemn ceremony of laying a memorial capsule took place at the building of the Arbitration Court of the Volga-Vyatka District in Nizhny Novgorod. Present at the ceremony were Igor Panshin, Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District; Andrey Tolmachyov, Chairman of the Arbitration Court of the Volga-Vyatka District; Petr Bannikov, Deputy Governor of Nizhny Novgorod Region; as well as representatives of the judiciary.

Addressing the guests and participants, Igor Panshin noted: "This event is being held in the anniversary year. In May, we all celebrated the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. This year also marks the 30th anniversary of the Arbitration Court of the Volga-Vyatka District. Thanks to the work carried out, aimed at transparency and accessibility of justice, the Arbitration Court of the Volga-Vyatka District has rightfully earned a solid reputation and recognition in society. Therefore, it is important today to ensure the preservation and transfer of accumulated experience to future generations."

Let us remind that the Arbitration Court moved this year to a modern Palace of Justice on Bolshaya Pokrovskaya, building 1. "The Palace of Labor" is a federal heritage site, the "City Duma Building" of 1899–1904, designed by Petersburg architect V.P. Ceidler.

"The Arbitration Court of the Volga-Vyatka District has come a long way over the past decades and has accumulated vast experience in resolving economic disputes. This is an important condition for economic development and maintaining a healthy competitive environment, a guarantee of increased investment attractiveness of regions. The past years have been filled with events, innovations, and changes. But experts have consistently required high professionalism, great responsibility, principledness, fidelity to duty, and to their profession. Today, there is a unique opportunity to preserve our history, pass on knowledge, memories, and traditions. Creating a 'time capsule' is a unique way to preserve heritage," emphasized Petr Bannikov.

      Background:
