The restrictions will be in effect from 00:01 on August 29 until 05:00 on August 30, 2026. The closures will affect the Volga embankment from Betankur Street to Sovnarkomovskaya Street; Sovnarkomovskaya Street from the Volga embankment to Samarkand Street; and Strelka Street from house No. 7 to house No. 3A near the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. Drivers are asked to remove their vehicles from the restricted areas in advance. Cars that remain in the closed sections will be towed.
