The project involves the creation of a modern enterprise for the production of bakery products made from natural ingredients. The products are planned to be sold both retail and wholesale. The initiator is the Development Corporation of the Nizhny Novgorod region. Specialists from the corporation studied the bakery product market in the region and concluded that there will be demand for such products. Moreover, starting a business in this field is relatively easy: the entry threshold is low, and the project can be adapted to the specific requests of individual investors. The minimum investment volume for the project is estimated at 2.3 million rubles. These funds are intended to be used for purchasing equipment and preparing the premises. The project implementation period is from seven months. A land plot of at least 500 square meters, equipped with electricity, water supply, and sewage networks, is suitable for placing the mini-bakery. Currently, five sites in four municipalities of the Nizhny Novgorod region have been selected for the project. Investors also have access to government support measures, including preferential loans, equipment leasing, subsidies, grants, and "umbrella" guarantees.
