Under the weight of the evidence obtained by the investigator during the investigation of the criminal case, the man fully confessed to his guilt in committing the particularly serious crime. By the court's verdict, through the partial accumulation of the assigned punishment for the committed crime in the form of 15 years of imprisonment and the punishment previously assigned by the verdict of the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Court in 2005, the man was sentenced to a final punishment of life imprisonment to be served in a special regime correctional colony.
