The energy workers of "En+ Teplo Volga" exchanged best practices in labor protection with colleagues from Irkutsk and Bratsk.
Specialists from Irkutsk and Bratsk visited the Nizhny Novgorod enterprises "En+ Teplo Volga". The visit took place as part of an experience exchange - colleagues shared best practices for improving production safety across the En+ group of companies.
The exchange of experiences has become a tradition and an important part of the corporate safety culture. Their key tasks go beyond standard control - it is an opportunity to adopt successful working methods, improve hazard identification skills in the workplace, and ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements.
Experts visited the main structural divisions. The focus was on thermal networks, generation facilities, as well as equipment operation issues and the organization of repair campaigns. At the Avtozavodskaya CHPP, colleagues tested a VR complex, where practical skills of employees' actions in various situations are practiced step by step. Experts noted the practical benefits of training using the virtual reality complex.
"Despite the fact that regulatory documents interpret a unified approach, each enterprise has its own unique specifics," said Andrey Chernigovsky, Deputy Chief Engineer for Labor Protection and Industrial Safety of the Baikal Energy Company. "We are ready to share our experience with colleagues in organizing work with personnel and conducting professional risk assessments. In turn, we see excellent practices in the operation of thermal networks. The exchange of such specific repair and maintenance methods, adapted to different climatic conditions, allows us all to anticipate negative consequences and prevent accidents. The main goal of our joint work is to reduce and completely eliminate injuries."
At the Nizhny Novgorod site, colleagues from different regions of the En+ energy holding discussed the results of observations of the work of both their own personnel and contracting organizations.
"A fresh perspective allows us to notice what sometimes gets 'blurry' in everyday routine," noted Leonid Tarasov, Head of the Labor Protection Department of "En+ Teplo Volga", Nizhny Novgorod branch. "Colleagues from Bratsk and Irkutsk brought with them developments on risk assessment and personnel motivation. We, in turn, showed how we adapt processes to our regional realities. Such cross-checks are not an exam, but an opportunity to learn from each other. All recommendations have been taken into account, and we are integrating them into our labor protection management system."
"Labor protection and industrial safety in the En+ group of companies is a continuous process of improvement, in which effective solutions and successful practices of colleagues are studied and implemented in other enterprises. Such experience exchange makes the entire group of companies stronger and the work within it safer for employees," summarized Mikhail Efimov, General Director of "En+ Teplo Volga".
Let us remind you that in Nizhny Novgorod, the group of companies "En+ Teplo Volga" unites enterprises of the energy complex: Avtozavodskaya CHPP, "Teploseti", "Generation of Heat", "Volgaenergosbyt".
