"Heart of a Woman": a forum for mothers and wives of fallen soldiers of the Special Military Operation took place in the Pavlovsky District of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

      On August 7, 2026, at 17:56, Society In the Pavlovsky municipal district, the forum "Heart of a Woman" took place - an off-site event for women whose husbands, sons, brothers, and fathers died or went missing during the special military operation. The organizers were the administration of the Pavlovsky district, the department of culture, youth policy, and sports, the MAU "Business Incubator 'Pavlovsky'", as well as the entrepreneurial community. The initiative was implemented as part of the program to support socially significant initiatives "Primary of Good Deeds".

      "Supporting women who have lost husbands and sons at the front is our common duty. The 'Primary of Good Deeds' project was created so that such initiatives - sincere, targeted, and genuinely helpful - could find support and be realized. When a person who has experienced loss feels that they are not left alone, it changes not only their life but also the overall atmosphere in the community. The forum 'Heart of a Woman' is proof of this: even in the most difficult circumstances, one can find support and move forward," emphasized Dmitry Filipenko, head of the regional executive committee of "United Russia".

      Within the framework of the forum, participants were presented with a rich program aimed at restoring psychological balance and returning to a full life. The work took place in six sections: "Women's Health," "Career Guidance," "Anti-Stress Therapy," "Body Therapy," "Speak Beautifully," and "Weaving Wreaths from Field Flowers." Each direction has its task: to help women look at themselves, their bodies, speech, professional prospects, and creative opportunities in a new way. Together, they form a unified support program.

      "The forum demonstrated how in-demand comprehensive assistance is - when specialists converge in one place - psychologists, social workers, and simply people who care. In the Pavlovsky district, we see an example of how such work is structured. I am confident that the experience of this project will be useful for other territories because it provides specific tools that help women return to a full life," noted Igor Norenkov, a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod region.

      For women, a psychological practice called "Assemble Your Life Puzzle" was also conducted. Together with a psychologist, participants explored key areas of life, identified effective ways to exit difficult situations, and created a visualized picture of the future that helped them see paths to recovery.

      "Our main goal is to help women who have lost husbands and children regain faith in themselves, find new meanings, and feel that life goes on. We aimed to create a space where everyone could receive real help: communicate with specialists from various fields, discuss their experiences and worries with a psychologist. We strive to be there and provide comprehensive support," said Natalia Bubnova, an activist of the primary branch "Nagornoye" of the "United Russia" party in the Pavlovsky municipal district.

      The forum concluded with open communication - in a warm, trusting atmosphere, participants could ask questions, share experiences, and simply be among people who understand them.
