The subsidy of 3 minimum wages is provided in the amount of 1 minimum wage after the first, third, and sixth months after employment. The subsidy of 6 minimum wages is provided: in the amount of 1 minimum wage after the first month of employment; in the amount of 2 minimum wages after the third month of employment; in the amount of 3 minimum wages after the sixth month of employment. To receive state support, the employer needs to contact the employment center to select specialists for the available vacancies through their personal account on the "Work in Russia" portal, and then send an application to the Social Insurance Fund branch in the Nizhny Novgorod region to receive the subsidy. Defense industry enterprises receive a payment for one employed citizen in the amount of three minimum wages once every three months for a year. The Social Fund branch will reimburse 200 thousand rubles for the re-equipment of workplaces for people with disabilities at Nizhny Novgorod enterprises. Compensation is provided for equipping workplaces for first and second group disabled individuals, as well as veterans of combat operations with any disability group. Preparing a workplace includes purchasing main and auxiliary equipment, technical devices, work and special furniture. In addition, expenses for installation and setup, as well as arranging a home workplace, are compensated if such a form of work is stipulated in the employment contract. To receive the subsidy, the employer must submit an application to the employment service within 3 months from the date of signing the employment contract with the disabled individual. At the same time, the employment of the disabled individual under the employment contract must be for a period of no less than 9 months. If all conditions are met, the employment center forwards the application to the Social Fund branch. The Social Fund branch makes the payment within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the application from the employment service.
