According to Avito Services, demand increased by 25% in June 2026 compared to the same period last year. Positive dynamics are also noted on a monthly basis: compared to May, demand grew by 28.4%. The growing interest in designers is accompanied by a general increase in demand for renovation work. Over the month, this indicator increased by 20.6%, and over the year - by 32.6%. Experts believe that the increase in annual demand for designer services is due to the expansion of the renovation segment and the desire of homeowners to update their housing amid a decrease in activity in the primary and secondary real estate markets. In turn, specialists link the monthly growth to the approach of the active period in the long-term rental market. Apartment owners looking to increase profitability are more frequently turning to professional designers. Demand is growing for both small projects in the mass segment and large-scale solutions, including premium real estate. The supply in the market is also expanding: over the year, the number of advertisements for interior design services increased by 47%. The cost of a specialist's work starts from 1500 rubles per square meter. The final price depends on the area of the object, the experience and credentials of the designer, as well as the amount of time spent.
