A polyclinic will be built in Ankudinovka for 884 million rubles.

      On August 2, 2026, at 13:54, Society In the village of Ankundinovka in the Kstovo district, the construction of a new clinic for children and adults is planned. The corresponding procurement has been announced for the complete range of works - from design to commissioning of the facility. The customer is the State Budgetary Institution "Nizhny Novgorod Construction Customer." The clinic will be designed for 500 visits per shift, of which 270 are for the adult population and 230 for children. The institution will operate in two shifts. The contractor will need to carry out engineering surveys, develop design and working documentation, ensure support for state expertise, construct the facility, and assist in obtaining conclusions from supervisory authorities and permission for commissioning. The initial (maximum) contract price is 883.8 million rubles. Of this amount, 30 million rubles is allocated for engineering surveys and the preparation of design and working documentation, and another 853.8 million rubles for construction and installation works. They must be completed by May 1, 2028. The start date will be the date of contract signing. Financing is provided within the framework of the Address Investment Program of the Nizhny Novgorod region for 2026-2028, with the involvement of federal and regional budget funds. According to the documentation, the estimated area of the land plot will be 13,460 sq. m. The building area will be about 2,400 sq. m, and the total area of the building will be about 7,200 sq. m. The clinic will be five stories high, including one underground floor. The main technical and economic indicators will be clarified at the design stage. Applications for participation in the procurement are accepted until August 17, with the results planned to be announced on August 20.
