After the consolidation of the premises is completed, the property is planned to be put up for sale. This became known at a meeting of the ZSNO committee on budget and taxes, reports "Business News - Nizhny Novgorod." During the discussion, deputy Dmitry Bednyakov stated that, according to the conducted assessment, the value of the building is 911 million rubles. At the same time, the property is not yet registered as a single property complex, as the premises are owned by different owners, including the municipality and private individuals. The head of the regional property ministry, Sergey Barinov, explained that the building is under the economic management of the ANO "Nizhny Novgorod Pharmacy." The organization is engaged in the purchase of premises and their consolidation, after which the sale of the property is planned. According to the minister, part of the premises has not yet been purchased. In addition, there is a need to transfer one premises from municipal ownership, as well as to consolidate four land plots. During the meeting, the deputies noted the long timelines for the implementation of the project and possible financial losses. The committee chairman Alexander Sharonov reminded that about 700 million rubles were allocated for the purchase of the premises. In his estimation, over two years, at high interest rates, this amount could have brought the region about 200-250 million rubles in income if it had remained in the form of cash. It was previously reported that the initial acquisition of the former shopping center was considered to free up part of the premises in the territory of the Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin. In particular, the relocation of employees from the 5th building, where the city administration is currently located, was discussed.
