The data allows for tracking the route, time, stop from where the passenger started their journey, and the context of the request, enabling carriers to respond quickly to issues. He provided an example: based on the survey results, problems were identified with the evening delivery of passengers to the Ankundinovsky Park area on route E-9, after which the evening flights were adjusted. This is a concrete result of the system's work. The chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Yevgeny Lyulin, noted that the implementation of the feedback system is an important step towards improving the quality of transport services. "The project not only allows for collecting passenger evaluations but also for forming a public rating of public transport, which will be taken into account when making management decisions. This is an example of effective interaction between authorities and citizens, where the opinion of each passenger can influence the improvement of transport operations," emphasized Yevgeny Lyulin. "This is an assessment, obtaining independent analytical material that passengers and the public provide for management decisions directly to the Ministry of Transport and the Center for Transport System Development Management. This is a very important mechanism. Information in real-time helps those who organize passenger transport.
