Compared to the same period last year, employers have been more frequently looking for workers and engineers, reported specialists from Avito Work. Engineers demonstrated the most noticeable dynamics. The number of vacancies for them increased by 44% over the year, and the average offered salary from employers was 100,856 rubles per month. The number of offers for welders increased by 40%. At the same time, the average offered salary reached 246,020 rubles per month. There was also an increase in demand for operators. Over the year, the number of vacancies for representatives of this profession increased by 35%, and the average salary offer was 81,250 rubles per month. As analysts note, the growth in the number of vacancies indicates a sustained demand for specialists for industrial enterprises in the region. Engineering and working professions remain in demand due to the stable operation of the manufacturing sector and the need for qualified personnel. The company clarified that the offered salary indicator is calculated based on the average salary ranges indicated by employers in the vacancies. It may differ from the actual nominal salary, which also includes bonuses, incentives, compensatory, and other payments.
