On July 14, 2026, at 10:28 AM, the Economy Territorial Offices of the Federal Antimonopoly Service issued warnings to several participants in the fuel market in various regions of Russia, as reported on the website of the Federal Antimonopoly Service. In the Nizhny Novgorod region, an individual entrepreneur selling fuel at gas stations under the brands ESCO and "Gazpromneft" received a warning. Monitoring revealed changes in prices for gasoline AI-92 and AI-95 at these gas stations. The agency believes that the actions of the entrepreneur contain signs of violating the competition protection law. As of July 7, 2026, the price for a liter of AI-95 at ESCO gas stations reached 179 rubles. Similar warnings were issued to companies in Kirov, Saratov, Udmurtia, and Krasnodar Krai.
