Protection zones approved for cultural heritage sites in Bogorodsk and Diveevo.

      On July 11, 2026, at 13:50, Culture and Recreation. The boundaries of territories and the usage regime have been approved for six cultural heritage sites in the Nizhny Novgorod region. The orders from the State Protection of Cultural Heritage Sites management are published on the official legal acts publication website.

      In the village of Diveevo, three buildings have been placed under protection with the approval of boundaries: two federal significance sites - the "Priest's House" at Golyakova Lane, 2 and 3, as well as a regional significance site, the "Merchant Shatagin's Shop" at Prudovoy Lane, 3a.

      In Bogorodsk, the boundaries and usage regime have been approved for three more regional significance monuments. These are the "V. Golovastikov's House" at Lenin Street, 185, the "House where the Bogorodsky Volost Committee of the RSDRP (b) was located in 1917-1918" at Lenin Street, 191, and the "A. Solodovnikov's Estate" at Serpa and Molota Street, 16, 18.

      The documents also establish the usage regime for the territories. Work on the preservation of the sites is allowed with the agreement of the relevant authority, as well as economic activities that do not harm the monuments. In particular, repairs, reconstruction, and the laying of underground engineering communications are permitted with a historical and cultural expertise.

      At the same time, the demolition of buildings, the construction of new capital facilities on the territories of the monuments, the laying of communications above ground, and the placement of advertising structures are prohibited, except for information about cultural events, provided that established restrictions are observed.

      The purpose of the sites and the types of land use must comply with urban planning regulations and not worsen the condition of the monuments.
