      A ceremonial laying of four vessels took place at the shipbuilding complex of GC "R-Flot" in the Bogorodsky district - an oil collection vessel of project ROS2406, a non-self-propelled barge-platform of project RBD2808, a tug-pusher of project RPT2507, and a non-self-propelled hold barge of project RHB2007NS. The ceremony was attended by Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Yegor Polyakov, Deputy Head of the Regional Ministry of Industry and Trade Vladimir Balakin, Deputy of the Legislative Assembly Rustam Dosaev, General Director of the group of companies Alexey Klepikov, and Head of the Municipal Administration Alexey Korotkov. According to Yegor Polyakov, shipbuilding remains one of the key industries in the region. He noted that vessels with hydrofoils, crab catchers-processors, cruise liners, and electric passenger ships are being built in the Nizhny Novgorod region. Today, the industry is made up of 18 large and medium-sized enterprises, and "R-Flot" is an important part of this system. "It's great that our enterprises are loaded with orders for years to come," he emphasized.

      The Minister of Industry, Trade, and Entrepreneurship of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Maxim Cherkasov called GC "R-Flot" one of the key shipbuilding enterprises in the region. According to him, in 2024, with the participation of the group of companies, 29 vessels were built and delivered to customers at shipbuilding sites across Russia, including two that were fully designed and manufactured at the site in the Bogorodsky district. Two more vessels are under construction. Maxim Cherkasov also noted that over 20 years of operation, the enterprise has built more than 1,200 vessels of various purposes, including passenger, fishing, barge, and cargo vessels, dredgers, tug-pushers, auxiliary fleet, and special-purpose vessels.

      The oil collection vessel is designed for the localization and elimination of oil and petroleum product spills in the waters of large reservoirs and lakes. The tug-pusher will be used for towing and pushing vessels and floating objects of various types. The non-self-propelled barge-platform is intended for transporting cargo, equipment, and machinery and is designed for a carrying capacity of up to 100 tons. The open non-self-propelled hold barge is intended for transporting sand, gravel, crushed stone, and other mineral construction materials, with a carrying capacity of up to 90 tons.

      During the event, employees of the enterprise were also awarded. According to General Director of GC "R-Flot" Alexey Klepikov, the company's work is based on the interaction of four enterprises: technical projects and documentation are developed in Nizhny Novgorod, equipment is produced in Bogorodsk, and the main stages of construction take place in the village of Oksky. According to him, the company employs more than 200 people. "Today we celebrate the company's anniversary, award employees for their valiant work, and make plans for the future. In addition to the four vessels laid down, we are currently continuing the construction of two universal dredgers as part of an investment project," said Alexey Klepikov.
