      Two students from the Nizhny Novgorod region will face punishment due to violations committed during the Unified State Exam, as reported by "vgoroden.ru".

      Even if a graduate was not caught using a phone on the day of the exam, it does not mean that everything can go unnoticed, as there is video recording during the USE and it is checked, - says the head of the regional Ministry of Education, Mikhail Puchkov. On July 9, the Federal Testing Center confirmed the case of one of the Nizhny Novgorod graduates publishing exam tasks in a messenger. Checking the recordings from the surveillance cameras showed that the photograph was taken on June 11 in the exam venue. During the review of video materials from the same classroom, specialists discovered another student who was using a mobile device. In such cases, the exam results will be annulled, and now the students will only be able to retake the exam next year, - says Mikhail Puchkov. The minister added that staff at the exam venues continue to work on identifying violations and ensuring order.

      Recall that on May 15, 2026, during a mock exam at educational institutions No. 8 and No. 22 in Nizhny Novgorod, students were forced to undress. Students were made to remove their belts during the inspection before entering the classrooms, causing graduates to have to hold their clothes with their hands while writing the exam.
