The enterprise compensates up to 90% of the cost of the voucher, and for certain categories of employees, children's vacations are provided free of charge. Among those taking advantage of this opportunity is Ekaterina Tikhonova, an operator of chemical water treatment at the Avtozavodskaya CHPP. For the third year in a row, she sends her 11-year-old son to the beloved camp "Seryozha" in the Arzamas district. Previously, her older daughter also went with them. Both vouchers were compensated up to 90% of the cost by the employer. Last year, the Tikhonov family experienced a joyful event - a third girl was born. The family received the status of a large family, which allowed them to send their son to camp for free this year. "The camp is very good: the food is tasty, five meals a day, and the children are constantly engaged. My son really likes it there," shares Ekaterina Tikhonova's impressions. "For our family, this support is a huge plus. We always take advantage of this opportunity, as children need a full summer vacation, and it is very nice when the employer cares not only about the employees but also about their families." This year, the geography of children's recreation is extensive. Employees could choose vouchers to comfortable camps located in picturesque, ecologically clean areas of the Nizhny Novgorod region and the Chuvash Republic. Organizing the summer health campaign is a crucial element of care for the personnel of "En+ Teplo Volga."
