The Nizhny Novgorod construction company owes its workers more than 1,000,000 rubles.

      On July 2, 2026, at 17:50, Incidents: A criminal case has been initiated in the Nizhny Novgorod region regarding the non-payment of wages to employees of LLC "Devis," which is engaged in the construction and maintenance of roads. The basis for this was the materials from a prosecutor's inspection, reported the press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the region. According to the investigation, from April to June 2026, 21 employees of the company did not receive their full salaries. The total amount of debt exceeded 1.1 million rubles. At the same time, investigators believe that the employer had the opportunity to pay the employees, but the profits received were directed to other economic needs that were not a priority. To restore the violated rights of the workers, the prosecutor's office submitted a proposal to the company's management. Currently, the criminal case is under investigation. The investigative department reported that all necessary measures will be taken to fully repay the debt to the employees.
