      On July 2, 2026, at 21:17, Incidents: In the Nizhny Novgorod region, an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles was repelled again. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. According to the agency, from 8:00 to 20:00 Moscow time, air defense forces intercepted and destroyed 100 Ukrainian aircraft-type drones over the regions of Russia.

      Recall that on the night of July 2, as a result of the attack in the Nizhny Novgorod region, one person was killed, and four others were injured. A total of 30 drones were destroyed over the territory of the region at that time.

      After the debris fell, non-critical damage was recorded at one industrial enterprise and several residential buildings.
