      The Nizhny Novgorod company LLC "Standard" was ordered to pay back about 23 million rubles in unearned advances for the creation of a museum dedicated to the activities of the personnel training system of the state security agencies in Nizhny Novgorod. The relevant information was published in the case file of the Arbitration Court of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. The claims were filed by the ANO "Center 800," as the organization acted as the customer. According to the case file, in 2024, "Center 800" and LLC "Standard" signed two contracts. Under the first contract, "Standard" was supposed to prepare the premises on the third floor of the FGKOU Institute of the FSB of Russia located at Kazansky Highway, 2 in Nizhny Novgorod. "Center 800" paid an advance of 18.4 million rubles under the contract, but "Standard" did not complete the work for that amount. To determine the actual work performed, "Center 800" had to order an expert examination from the ANO "Center for Expertise of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Nizhny Novgorod Region." According to the expert's conclusion, the estimated cost of the work performed by the defendant amounted to 10.35 million rubles. Thus, the amount of unearned advance exceeds 8 million rubles. In November 2025, the plaintiff sent a notice of contract termination to the contractor. It should be noted that the total amount of the contract was 23 million rubles. Under the second contract, "Standard" was supposed to supply exhibition furniture and equipment for 13.95 million rubles. The company was paid 9.76 million rubles, but it did not fulfill its obligations.
