In this area, MFC staff can provide necessary assistance to visitors in working with the "Gosuslugi" portal, even if the question raised is not within the center's purview. "The Nizhny Novgorod network of MFCs has already been recognized as the best in the country based on the results of a nationwide competition, and we understand how important it is to maintain such a high standard across all municipalities in the region. The region is actively working to ensure that all residents receive any government services quickly, efficiently, and conveniently. This is supported by digital tools implemented in the MFC's operations. Among them are an automated voice assistant based on artificial intelligence, which relieves the burden on operators, a chatbot with an AI assistant that helps applicants, and speech analytics based on AI for analyzing the work of both automated assistants and staff," noted the Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Yegor Polyakov. Previously, the Bolshoye Murashkino MFC branch was located at: Krasnaya Gorka St., 3 — it no longer accepts applicants. The new MFC is located in a building that was specifically constructed for these purposes. The premises are equipped with the necessary equipment, and navigation has been created using flooring for people with limited mobility; a hearing enhancement system has been installed, and there is a children's corner and a comfortable break room for the staff. "In total, the MFC branch of the Bolshoye Murashkino district provides 268 services — from federal to municipal. Here, you can also print documents received in the applicant's personal account on "Gosuslugi" from various agencies and have them certified by specialists. We are making numerous efforts to ensure that visiting the MFC is as simple and effective as possible for the residents of Nizhny Novgorod. For this purpose, a center for optimizing government and municipal services operates in our region, with the task of eliminating excessive requirements. Now, thanks to the work of the center, many documents that were previously required from the applicant are requested by agencies from each other independently. Thus, 35 services have already been optimized," said the director of the State Budgetary Institution of the Nizhny Novgorod region "Authorized MFC," Svetlana Musarskaya. Among the most demanded government services in the Bolshoye Murashkino district are the provision of annual family payments to Russian citizens with two or more children; acceptance of notifications about the chosen object of taxation, for which a tax benefit on transport tax is provided; legalization of Russian and foreign official documents. The head of the Bolshoye Murashkino municipal district, Nikolai Belyakov, emphasized that the development of the MFC is not just a technical modernization, but an investment in the quality of life of citizens. The new branch operates according to the following schedule: Monday to Wednesday, Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, Thursday from 08:00 to 20:00, and Saturdays from 08:00 to 13:30. Every last Thursday of the month, citizen reception is conducted from 09:00 to 20:00.
