The accident occurred on November 29, 2025, on Lenin Avenue. The bus driver did not stop at the pedestrian crossing and went through the intersection on a red light. At that time, a guy on an electric scooter was crossing the road. As a result of the collision, the victim sustained injuries and was hospitalized.
In court, the driver admitted his guilt and expressed remorse.
On June 26, 2026, he was found guilty. The court sentenced him to two years of restriction of freedom and prohibited him from driving for almost three years.
