The Kstovo District Prosecutor's Office in Nizhny Novgorod conducted an inspection of the rights of a local resident to receive social support measures. It was established that a woman living in a rural area, who worked as a district nurse for 37 years, was not provided with a social support measure in the form of reimbursement for housing and utility expenses after her dismissal from the healthcare system. In order to restore her violated rights, the pensioner appealed to the court through the prosecutor's office. Thanks to the intervention of the supervisory authority, the former nurse was reimbursed for her incurred expenses.
