A furniture company from Nizhny Novgorod has joined the federal project "Labor Productivity."

      LLC "Furniture Language" from Nizhny Novgorod has become the 324th participant in the federal project "Labor Productivity" of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy" in the Nizhny Novgorod region. The implementation of lean production tools at the enterprise will be carried out by experts from the regional competence center (RCC). The company manufactures case and office furniture, metal structures and metal frames, and also performs powder coating. "The introduction of lean technologies allows for increased work efficiency and finding internal reserves for production development. The enterprise 'Furniture Language' has become the ninth company in the industry in the Nizhny Novgorod region to join the federal project 'Labor Productivity.' Several furniture companies in the region have already completed the full cycle of participation in the project, increasing output on pilot flows by at least 10 percent," reported the Minister of Industry, Trade and Entrepreneurship of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Maxim Cherkasov. Over six months, RCC experts, together with the company's working group, will conduct an audit, select a pilot site, and develop a set of solutions that will help increase output. Additionally, the company's employees will be trained in the basics of lean production. To become a participant in the federal project "Labor Productivity," one must submit an application on the IT platform: productivity.rf. From 2019 to 2024, such support measures were implemented as part of the national project "Labor Productivity," and from 2025, as part of the federal project "Labor Productivity" of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy." It includes federal projects "Small and Medium Entrepreneurship," "Labor Productivity," "Increasing Investment Activity," "Low-Carbon Development," "Development of Technological Entrepreneurship," "Development of the Financial Market," and "Development of Competition."
