      On June 26, 2026, at 10:03, Incidents: Nine protocols were drawn up regarding underage pit bikers in Nizhny Novgorod. This was reported by the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the region.

      Recall that on June 18, at a shopping center on Kazansky Highway in the Nizhny Novgorod district, traffic police inspectors evacuated seven pit bikes parked at a pedestrian crossing in violation of traffic rules.

      The police identified the owners of the sports equipment and summoned them along with their parents to the department for a preventive conversation.

      A total of nine administrative materials were compiled as a result of the inspection. Five protocols were drawn up under part 1 of article 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for parents' failure to fulfill their duties regarding the maintenance and upbringing of minors. Two more were issued under part 1 of article 12.7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for operating a vehicle without the right to drive, and two under part 3 of article 12.19 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for violating parking rules on the sidewalk.

      An explanatory conversation was also held with parents and teenagers about the inadmissibility of such violations.
