The party delegation of "United Russia" inspected the capital repairs of a school and a children's camp in the Buturlin district.

      On June 24, 2026, at 10:25 AM, Society In the Buturlin Municipal District, a party delegation led by the deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Rustam Dosaev, regional coordinator of the party project "New School" Margarita Bannikova, head of the local government Maria Petrova, and secretary of the local branch of the "United Russia" party Nikolai Chichkov inspected the progress of the major renovation at the Yagubovskaya Secondary School and the children's health and educational center "Nadezhda."

      "We checked how the work is progressing at the camp and the school. There is a high pace and a responsible approach everywhere. Comfortable conditions for children have already been created at 'Nadezhda,' while the major renovation at Yagubovskaya School is still ongoing. It is important that such facilities are under constant control of the 'United Russia' party to ensure that all work is done efficiently and on time. I am confident that by September 1, children will have an updated school. I will also contribute by helping with what was not included in the tender: benches, blinds, to make the school truly cozy. We are investing in the future of our children, and that is the main thing," noted Rustam Dosaev.

      The first site of the visit was Yagubovskaya School, built in 1980. Today, about 60 children from six settlements study here, with more than half of the students getting to school via organized transportation. In 2021, as part of the state program for the major renovation of educational organizations, the roof was updated here. In 2022, a "Growth Point" center focused on natural sciences and technology opened at the school. For this purpose, three classrooms and two laboratories were renovated, furniture was purchased, and modern digital equipment was acquired. In the same year, the gym was also majorly renovated. In 2026, a new phase started at the school: a major renovation of the internal premises for nearly 7 million rubles and a drainage system funded by the local budget.

      "Yagubovskaya School is one of the examples of systematic work on updating rural schools within the framework of the People's Program. A large-scale renovation is underway here, and by September 1, the kids will sit at desks in updated, modern, bright classrooms. It is very important that we involved the students themselves, their parents, and teachers in choosing the color solutions — this creates an atmosphere where it is comfortable to learn and work. Such projects prove that even in a small school, a modern learning space can be created," emphasized Margarita Bannikova.

      "We are currently at the school, which will be the last facility undergoing major renovation in the Buturlin District under the 'New School' program. We have already brought all kindergartens and schools in order — and now we are completing this large work. I am very pleased that all party projects are working at full capacity and bringing real results," concluded the secretary of the local branch of the "United Russia" party, chairman of the Council of Deputies of the Buturlin Municipal District Nikolai Chichkov.

      The second point of the inspection was the children's health and educational center "Nadezhda," where a ceremonial opening of the camp took place after the major renovation. As part of the federal project to create conditions for children's recreation and health improvement, two quickly constructed buildings were built here. Children live in comfortable rooms for 4 people with bathrooms and showers. New furniture, dining room equipment, computer and acoustic equipment, and washing machines were purchased.

      "Previously, there was just a field here, and children lived in an old building with 14-16 people in a room. Now we have two comfortable buildings, rooms with all amenities. Bright, warm, modern. A lot of furniture and equipment have been purchased. The children are very happy, saying it has become much more comfortable. We are glad that we were able to create such conditions for recreation," explained the director of the children's health and educational center "Nadezhda," Valentina Osutina.

      The camp territory is equipped with a medical station, modern playgrounds and sports grounds, including a universal field for football, volleyball, and basketball. Major renovations of the dining block, installation of ventilation, repairs of the medical block, fencing, and landscaping of the territory have been carried out. Every year, more than 300 children from different cities rest at "Nadezhda," and year-round, sports training camps and competitions of regional and federal levels take place here.

      "I really like it here: it's nice to live, the food is delicious, and the rooms are comfortable — the beds are soft, and the blankets are warm. The coolest thing is that there are many new friends here, and every day something interesting happens: discos, games, football, volleyball. In the game room, we rehearse dances, and in the evening we gather in a circle, set up chairs, pass a candle, and share how our day went. We also watch movies, play board games, and walk outside — there is plenty for a great rest," said Artyom Abramichev.

      Following the inspection, the members of the party delegation noted the high pace of the renovation work and the quality of the transformations carried out. Special attention was paid to compliance with deadlines and the safety of the facilities.
