      Probably many of us have undergone an X-ray examination at least once in our lives. Modern medicine is impossible without X-rays, which allow us to see problems that are not noticeable during a visual examination. With the help of X-rays, doctors can "look" inside the human body without surgical intervention. Using special equipment, doctors take images and help make the correct diagnosis.

      Since 2013, Alexander Fyodorovich Prynov has been working as a radiologist at the Urensky hospital. Over the years, he has established himself as a knowledgeable and responsible specialist. Following the advice of his parents and the example of his uncle N.V. Prynov, who worked for 38 years as a radiologist at the Dzerzhinsk City Hospital No. 1, Alexander chose the medical path. After graduating from the Vetluzhsky Medical College, he underwent professional retraining at the qualification enhancement center in Nizhny Novgorod and became a radiologist.

      In the early days, Alexander was assisted in understanding the intricacies of this rather complex and responsible work by his colleague A.K. Smirnov, who guided and directed the then inexperienced young specialist.

      The work of a radiologist is associated with a number of professional health risks, the main one being exposure to ionizing radiation, which is why not everyone would dare to choose this profession.

      According to A.F. Prynov, a special approach must be found in his work for children and elderly patients, who often require increased attention.

      The most positive aspect of his work, the specialist believes, is those moments when he realizes that the diagnosis of the person who approached them is not as frightening as it seemed at first glance.
