      On June 18, 2026, at 18:36, Incidents The Arbitration Court supported the claims of Rosprirodnadzor for the recovery of damages from the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Water and Wastewater Management" in the amount of more than 400 thousand rubles for the harm caused to the soils. This was reported by the press service of the supervisory agency. Last year, the management received multiple complaints about the discharge of wastewater near the village of Pesochnoe in Bogorodsk. Field inspections confirmed the facts of violations of environmental protection requirements. It turned out that the cause of the incident was a rupture of the sewage collector. The Municipal Unitary Enterprise "UWKH" is responsible for its maintenance. The enterprise was held administratively liable. Rosprirodnadzor specialists also calculated the amount of damage caused to the soil as a component of the environment. The organization refused to voluntarily compensate for the damage, after which the agency went to court, which satisfied the claims in full.
