"Т Плюс" will replace more than 10 km of heating networks in Dzerzhinsk in 2026.

      On June 17, 2026, at 17:31, Society Director of the Nizhny Novgorod branch of "T Plus" Irina Gneusheva and the head of the city of Dzerzhinsk Mikhail Klinkov held an on-site meeting on the preparation of Dzerzhinsk's heating networks for the heating season of 2026/2027. This year, "T Plus" will replace 10.7 km of heating pipelines and hot water supply networks in Dzerzhinsk. The participants of the inspection visited the reconstruction sites on Budyonny Street and Tsiolkovsky Avenue. Major relocations are also taking place on Lenin Komsomol Avenue, Pushkin Street, Combrig Patolichev Street, Popov Street, in Kukolny Lane, and other areas of the city. For the replacement, the company uses pipes with factory insulation made of polyurethane foam with an operational dispatch control system. This increases the reliability of heat supply to consumers, reduces heat losses, and allows for the quick detection and elimination of coolant leaks if necessary. Residents receive hot water during the relocations according to temporary schemes. "The work on replacing the heating networks is proceeding according to schedule. Heat will be supplied to all facilities before the start of the heating season. Landscaping will be restored in September-October," noted Irina Gneusheva. At the same time, "T Plus" is reconstructing pavilion No. 5 of the main heating networks on Popov Street in Dzerzhinsk. Here, worn-out equipment and the building itself have been completely dismantled. Construction of a new building has begun, which will house a complex of modern shut-off valves with a control system for management from the dispatch office and instruments for monitoring the parameters of the coolant. Also, this year "T Plus" will replace the pumping equipment of three central heating points and the heat exchange equipment of four similar facilities that have been in operation for over 20 years. In 2026, "T Plus" plans to invest more than 528 million rubles in the construction, reconstruction, and reliability of the heating networks in Dzerzhinsk. "The city sees how responsibly and diligently the energy workers of 'T Plus' are preparing for the upcoming heating season. The company fully fulfills its obligations under the concession agreements, consistently invests in the reconstruction and development of the heating supply system, and applies modern technologies, materials, and management systems. The accident rate on the heating networks decreases year by year, and the heating supply system operates more reliably and efficiently," summarized Mikhail Klinkov. Over the past three years (from 2023 to 2025), the number of defects in the heating networks of "T Plus" in Dzerzhinsk has decreased by 18% - from 168 to 137 defects per year. The Dzerzhinsk heating networks of the Nizhny Novgorod branch of "T Plus" serve 345 km of heating networks and 38 central heating points.
