      On June 5, 2026, at 11:28 AM, Society The administration of Nizhny Novgorod made the decision to demolish 11 brick garages recognized as unauthorized constructions. The resolution was published on the city hall's website. The garages are located on Rodionova Street behind house No. 186B. According to the resolution, the objects are situated on land for which state ownership has not been delineated. The decision was made based on the conclusion of the commission for the demolition of unauthorized constructions dated May 7, 2026, and the notification from the regional office of Rosreestr about the identification of signs of unauthorized construction. The owners of the garages or the rights holders of the land plots must dismantle the garages no later than six months from the date of the issuance of the resolution. After the allotted time has expired, specialists will inspect the area and document the compliance or non-compliance with the decision.
