Apple is blocking notifications from "Max" for its users.

      June 4, 2026 17:49 Society Users of the messenger "Max" on Apple devices will no longer receive notifications about new messages and calls. The reason is a temporary block of the application in the App Store, platform representatives reported. "Due to the removal of 'Max' from the App Store, notifications about new messages and calls will not be sent to your smartphone; however, the messages themselves will be delivered, and all functions of 'Max' will remain available," users were warned. To avoid missing important messages, it is recommended to periodically check the application. Currently, the messenger is temporarily unavailable for download. Users are advised not to delete the application from their device, as it will be impossible to reinstall it. The "Max" team continues to interact with Apple to restore the full operation of all services and return the familiar functionality of the application, it was noted in the official notification.
