According to the regulations of the Kontinental Hockey League, four players (with the exception of the 20-year-old Silaev) will be granted the status of "Restricted Free Agent" starting June 1. Until June 20 (inclusive), they can receive contract offers from other KHL clubs. If a player accepts an offer from another club, Torpedo will have the right to match it, thereby keeping the player, or not match it, which will lead to a team change with compensation for the transfer. In the absence of offers, the rights to the players remain with Torpedo. As for the qualifying offer to Anton Silaev, it is mandatory. The player does not enter the restricted free agent market, and the sports rights to him in the KHL are automatically retained by Torpedo for the next two seasons.
