A double "Lastochka" will be launched from Nizhny Novgorod to Moscow for Russia Day.

      May 29, 2026 10:36 Society During the June holiday weekend, timed to coincide with Russia Day, a double set of high-speed train No. 723 "Lastochka" will operate between Nizhny Novgorod and Moscow. This is reported on the carrier's website. The ten-car train will depart from Moscow on June 11 at 21:15 and arrive in Nizhny Novgorod at 01:15 the next day. The train will also leave the capital on June 14 at 20:54 and arrive in the capital of the Volga region at 01:00. In the opposite direction, the train will depart from Nizhny Novgorod on June 12 and 15 at 04:51 and arrive in Moscow at 09:09.
