In May 2026, the regional department checked samples of dairy products from LLC "Beloye Delo." The studies concerned "Krestyanskoye" sweet cream unsalted butter with a fat content of 72.5% and sour cream (20%). Sorbic acid was found in the products, and a violation of the ratio of mass fractions of methyl esters of fatty acids was recorded, indicating signs of falsification. Following the laboratory research, the agency is preparing documents to annul the declaration of conformity for the specified products and issue a warning to the manufacturer.
