Two historical buildings in Pavlov have been put up for auction.

      On May 23, 2026, at 10:52, Culture and Leisure In Pavlov, two cultural heritage sites have been put up for auction. This was reported by the Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Yegor Polyakov, on his Max channel.

      The "House of A. Maklakov" on Nizhny Novgorod Street, 12 is looking for a new owner. The building has an area of 593.8 square meters, with a starting price of 10.9 million rubles. The house was built in 1904 and is a characteristic example of the development of the main shopping street in "brick style." The building features rich decorative facade design, and the windows of the courtyard facade still have metal shutters.

      Investors are also offered a "Residential Building" on Lenin Street, 29, with an area of 718.7 square meters. The starting price is 5 million rubles. The building dates back to the late 18th century. Over the years, it housed a museum of industrial product samples (1887−1897), and in 1907, the Pavlov City Four-Class Male School was opened.

      The sites can be used to create museum-tourist infrastructure and public spaces. Yegor Polyakov reminded that current information about the sale of historical real estate in the region is published on the portal kupitokn.rf. There is also a preferential lending program for investors in the Nizhny Novgorod Region. The interest rate is 9% per annum for projects aimed at restoring cultural heritage sites and 6% for the creation and development of hotels in historical buildings.
