      On May 20, 2026, at 17:56, Incidents A resident of Sergach has been accused of financing an extremist organization, reported the press service of the Nizhny Novgorod FSB. According to the security agency, the man transferred money disguised as donations to accounts of the organization opened in a foreign bank. It is noted that he shared the ideology of this cell and effectively sponsored it. A criminal case has been initiated against him (part 1 of article 282.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The court has placed him under house arrest. Currently, law enforcement officials are identifying possible accomplices of the 52-year-old detainee, as well as other episodes of criminal activity.
