      Nizhny Novgorod entrepreneurs will be able to place their products on the digital platform "Technologies, Materials, and Structures." The corresponding agreement was signed by the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Entrepreneurship of the Nizhny Novgorod Region and JSC "TMK Operator" during the conference "Digital Industry of Industrial Russia" ("CIPR") on May 19, 2026. The signatures on the document were put by the Minister of Industry, Trade, and Entrepreneurship of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Maxim Cherkasov, and the product director of JSC "TMK Operator," Azamat Bedanokov. The digital platform is created for the systematization and exchange of industrial data about materials, technologies, and structures. Its task is to consolidate information about the properties of materials, production technologies, and their application in products, which will significantly reduce development times and lower enterprise costs. The platform is aimed at engineering, machine-building, chemical, and other industrial enterprises with their own R&D and data on materials. Nizhny Novgorod enterprises will be the first in the country to have the opportunity to place information about their products on the platform. Previously, the platform featured open data about the products of enterprises in the nuclear industry, as well as information about the properties and characteristics of materials.

      "One of the important tasks of industrial development remains achieving technological leadership and strengthening the country's production sovereignty. The Nizhny Novgorod region is systematically working in this direction within the framework of specialized national projects. We support the implementation of digital solutions, the development of production cooperation, and the creation of conditions for the accelerated entry of domestic products into the market. The signing of the agreement will be another important step in this work. Nizhny Novgorod enterprises will gain additional opportunities to promote their products and find new partners across the country," Maxim Cherkasov said. He added that for businesses, this is an opportunity to find new customers and partners more quickly, expand sales markets, and engage in large production chains. Moreover, using the platform helps reduce the time for selecting materials and developing new products due to access to verified information about product properties and their application experience.

      "Industry today stands on the brink of a fundamental shift: competitive advantage is increasingly determined by the speed and accuracy of working with industrial data. The Nizhny Novgorod region, with its strong scientific school and diversified production base, is an ideal environment for implementing such an approach. We are not just offering the region a software product. This is an intellectual overlay on production, and our agreement is a bet on a new quality of industrial growth based on knowledge," Azamat Bedanokov said.
