Nizhny Novgorod graduates have been warned about a fraudulent scheme related to taking the Unified State Exam (USE).
On May 18, 2026, at 14:28 Society Before the exams, scammers have become active, developing a new scheme to deceive schoolchildren and their parents. This is reported by 360.ru. The criminals offer graduates to buy answers to the Unified State Exam (USE), claiming that these are real solutions for a specific version of the exam. They convince teenagers to take a mobile phone to the exam and send the version number to a special chat. For this, the scammers demand money, promising successful completion of the exam. However, the situation changes on the eve of the exam. Instead of the promised answers, the scammers send the victim a short video, stating that due to increased control, it is no longer possible to provide real materials. After this, they offer another paid product - express courses and video lectures for quick exam preparation. As a result, schoolchildren receive neither real answers nor quality assistance, but only lose money. In addition, the Ministry of Education reminds that attempting to bring a phone to the USE may lead to the annulment of exam results. The Ministry emphasizes that the only reliable way to successfully pass exams is diligent and thorough preparation. Let us remind you that in the Nizhny Novgorod region, more than 47 thousand schoolchildren will take the state final certification in 2026. NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" has channels on Telegram and MAX.
