Nizhny Novgorod region saved 243.5 million rubles in auctions in April.

      On May 15, 2026, at 19:38, Economy In April, the Nizhny Novgorod region managed to save 243.5 million rubles as a result of the conducted trades. This was reported by the regional Ministry of Economic Development. Over the month, the State Budgetary Institution of the Nizhny Novgorod Region "Order Placement Center" organized 105 procurement procedures totaling 2.9 billion rubles. The largest amount of funds was saved during the repair and maintenance of roads and transport infrastructure facilities, as well as during the development of project documentation for their reconstruction—169.7 million rubles. Additionally, savings were achieved in the procurement of equipment for processing forest seed raw materials—23.3 million rubles and during the major repairs of socially significant institutions—17.5 million rubles. Competition among participants remains stable: on average, there were 4.9 applications for each completed lot in April. As a result of January-April 2026, the total amount of saved funds amounted to 643.7 million rubles. Since the beginning of the year, the Order Placement Center has conducted 307 trading procedures totaling 12 billion rubles. On average, there were 5.9 applications for each completed lot.
