We express our condolences to the relatives and friends of the deceased. Andrey Alexandrovich Kopytov was born on March 4, 1986. In 2009, he graduated from the Academy of Civil Defense of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia. He rose from a cadet at the Academy of Civil Defense of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia to a senior officer of the department. For his merits in military service, he was repeatedly awarded departmental insignia of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia. The bright memory of Andrey Alexandrovich Kopytov will forever remain in our hearts.
