The Ministry of Construction has allowed the continuation of the construction of the "N2O" complex on the Rowing Canal.

      On May 11, 2026, at 17:19, the Regional Ministry of Construction issued LLC "K2" a permit for the construction of the second phase of the multifunctional hotel complex "N2O". This is reported on the agency's website. The document provides for the implementation of stages 1-4 of construction. The permit was issued on April 17, 2026.

      Let us remind you that the complex will be built within the boundaries of Rodionova, Kazansky Syezd, Lysogorskaya streets, and the Pecherskie Sands peninsula. It includes two hotel buildings with heights of two and six floors, as well as four buildings of variable height - from two to five floors.

      The total capacity of the complex will be 300 rooms, accommodating 770 guests. The declared construction area is at the level of 41,450 square meters. Parking for 204 vehicles is also planned.

      Earlier, in January 2025, the developer received permission for the first phase of construction.
