The reconstruction of the Nizhny Novgorod stadium "Dynamo" will be completed in the summer.

      In Nizhny Novgorod, the major renovation of the Dynamo Stadium continues. The work is proceeding according to the approved schedule, and the overall readiness of the facility as of today is 78%, reported NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" in the regional Ministry of Sports.

      Currently, the installation of the safety pit at the stadium has been completed, sewage and heating pipelines have been laid, and the concreting of the stands has been done. The facade of the training tower has also been arranged, the finishing surface of the football field has been laid, and the markings have been applied.

      In addition, the athletic tracks and jumping sectors are ready, foundations for the lighting masts have been installed, and the installation of engineering communications is ongoing.

      Specialists are currently working on the facade, installing metal structures for the canopy over the stands, carrying out interior finishing of the premises, and improving the adjacent territory.

      The construction and installation phase is planned to be completed this summer. After that, the facility will undergo the necessary acceptance procedures and preparations for opening. The exact date for the stadium's operation will be announced later.

      It is worth noting that the Dynamo Stadium is one of the most iconic sports facilities in the region. It was built in the 1930s. Over time, the structure became outdated, which is why a decision was made to carry out a major reconstruction funded by the regional budget.
