Two tourist complexes will be built on the Rowing Canal for 580 million rubles.

      On May 8, 2026, at 10:58 AM, Society In Nizhny Novgorod, the construction of two more tourist complexes on the territory of the Rowing Canal has been approved. The total investment in the projects will amount to 580 million rubles. After the launch of the new facilities, 49 jobs will be created in the region, reported Deputy Governor of Nizhny Novgorod Region Yegor Polyakov on his Telegram channel. The decision to allocate land plots was made at an extraordinary meeting of the Council for Land and Property Relations.

      Thus, the construction of the tourist complex "Volga Rhythm" is planned. The investment in the project will be 80 million rubles. It includes the construction of a two-story building with a spa complex and a gym. The applicant is LLC "FC ENGINEERING COMPANY."

      The creation of a year-round tourist and recreational complex in the glamping format in the area of the Rowing Canal embankment has also been approved. This project is expected to involve an investment of 500 million rubles. The initiator is LLC "COMPLEX INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES."
