Another almost 3.4 billion rubles want to be recovered from the contractor for the modernization of the NSA.

      On April 29, 2026, at 13:39, the company AO "Unified Utility Operator" filed a lawsuit against the FAU "RosKapStroy" — the contractor for the modernization of the Nizhny Novgorod aeration station — for an amount of 3.36 billion rubles. Information about the receipt of the claim appeared in the case file on April 24. The amount of the claims is nearly 3.4 billion rubles. Details and grounds for the lawsuit have not yet been published in the court materials.

      In addition, a lawsuit from the Utility Operator against "RosKapStroy" for the recovery of 196.4 million rubles in penalties for violating the reconstruction deadlines is already being considered in court. The next hearing in this case is scheduled for June 18.

      At the same time, a lawsuit from the contractor against the Utility Operator has been accepted for consideration, seeking to recognize the regulatory act and actions (inaction) of the customer as illegal. The consideration of this application is scheduled for June 11.

      Recall that the contract with "RosKapStroy" for the complete reconstruction of the facility was signed in 2022. During the implementation of the project, it had to be divided into stages due to the technological complexity of the work. The first stage was completed almost a year late at the end of 2025. The completion of the station's reconstruction is scheduled for 2030. However, it is likely that another contractor will continue the project, as the Utility Operator previously announced its intention to unilaterally terminate the contract.

      It was previously reported that a decision was made to terminate the concession for the construction of the Sports and Recreation Complex in Sormovo.
