      On April 29, 2026, at 12:46, Incidents: About 200 dogs burned alive in a kennel on Voronikhina Street in Nizhny Novgorod, reported the regional Ministry of Emergency Situations. The area of the fire was about 50 square meters. Investigators are determining the cause of the incident.
