Along with the head coach, his assistants Alexander Kolotsey, Omer Erbay, Adam Adamos, and Christos Papadopoulos also left the Nizhny Novgorod team. The specialist noted that personnel changes on the coaching staff are part of the profession. "Unfortunately, on Sunday we lost to Spartak. It was a disappointing defeat. We discussed the situation in the league table with the club's management. The main thing in football is the result. Our coaching staff has made maximum efforts since the beginning of the season; we have fully dedicated ourselves to the work and are honest with ourselves in this regard. However, this was not enough for the team to be in different positions. In such a situation, we came to a mutual decision to end our cooperation, and in terminating the contracts, we took several steps towards the club, making concessions," emphasized Shpilevsky. It should be noted that as compensation, the coach will receive 20 million rubles. The coach added that his time at "Pari NN" was an important and valuable experience for him. He separately thanked the fans for their support and expressed hope that the supporters would continue to back the team, and that the players would be able to achieve their goal for the season by maintaining their place in the top division. Recall that Shpilevsky took charge of "Pari NN" in June 2025, signing a three-year contract. With three rounds remaining in the current RPL season, the team is in 15th place, having 22 points.
