An exhibition aimed at attracting investors has opened at Nizhny Novgorod Airport named after V.P. Chkalov. This was announced by Deputy Governor Yegor Polyakov.
The exhibition included objects of historical real estate in the region. In particular, information about buildings in Arzamas, Lukoyanov, Pavlovo, and Sergach was presented to investors.
"Such projects allow us to breathe new life into the territories, create points of attraction, and increase their economic activity," noted Yegor Polyakov. He reminded that restored historical houses are being adapted for hotels, restaurants, public spaces, and cultural centers, which enhances the tourist appeal of the region. Nizhny Novgorod region offers investors favorable rental conditions, compensation for restoration costs, and subsidization of interest rates. For convenience, a single portal for historical real estate has been created.
