The project is being implemented under the first agreement in Russia for the protection and encouragement of investments in the tourism industry. Work started in 2024, and completion is expected in 2027. In addition to the hotel, the project includes the creation of a thermal complex with swimming pools, as well as the improvement of the adjacent territory.
